for me it was when I was 14 and back then I didn't knew that height was important for me it was literally just a number.

I even had a girlfriend that was taller than me for about 10cm and she kept saying things like "I wish you were taller" " It would be great if you were taller than me".

I didn't knew why it was that important for her but she used to say things like that constantly so one day I asked my mom to measure me and I searched up on Google for the average height for a male of my age and then I discovered online incel content.
