when do you think its truly over for someone?

Pretty much everything nowadays is fixable. The eye area is the hardest to change safely and accurately, but I’d say someone can get a decent result with a few surgeries and then just work on the rest. Cases like Joseph Merrick are over, not if you're LTN lol
