Yes i would rather be financially dependant on MYSELF than be trapped with a man. Most men are controlling and dont see women as a human that can make decisions for herself. That means also giving up my freedom, dignity. having control over my own income means Im not forced to rely on another person for basic needs or stay in a relationship because I have no other option.
