roughly 61, my bmi is 19.9
I want to gain some butt and leg muscle but also lose stomach and arm fat and I just have no idea where to even begin..whenever I try to lose weight I swear my lower half shrinks so much:hahaa:

bad genes
do slight cal deficit and lock in on the gym and your leg muscles should somewhat counteract the loss of fat in legs
