I’m not NT at all. I fraud NT hard, think meticulously studying the body language, micro-expressions and vocal tone of NT characters in the movies and acting it IRL. After a while, I become the mask and it takes less energy to keep the mask. That is until I go into social isolation and then I have to start it from the basics.
