Where can I find clothes made for petite girls?

I have problems finding cute clothes becuase they’re either too big, or too “tall” on me, I’m about 4’10, 105 lbs and my measurements are 35-24-33 if that helps at all, also is there any place that has cute skirts that actually cover your butt? Every time I try on a skirt my cheeks are out in the wind and it’s really annoying. Thank you!!

Maybe a brand who does exclusively clothes for smoll women ? Maybe the female kids aisle

Most places made for small women are either online or states away sadly I’ve tried online but the shirts can get up to 40 dollars and I’m NOT paying that
