Introduction
Hey everyone! Back in the 1st part, I made an Eyes section, now here we'll move on to subsequent sections.

2- Nose

Another underrated feature, your nose either breaks or makes your face, & the severe lack of nosemaxxing guides both on .org & here shows how little this thing is considered.

1- Lose weight, that's it. When you lose weight, your face too loses most of it's unwanted fat which includes your nose.

2- Exercises - your nose being made of cartilage, means theoretically you can reshape it by exercising it daily -

Do this 1st exercise once in the morning & once in the night



This 2nd exercise once in afternoon



Daily for 3 months minimum.

3- Teeth

For cleaning of your teeth, brush daily 2× a day (morning + night, with brushing atleast 1 hr after eating at night so that you can kill the bacteria that accumulates over that time)

And the main point, that is Teeth Whitening-

How to do it?

Coconut oil has been shown to whiten teeth & also maintain oral health if used overtime-


Take 1 fingertip of liquified coconut oil & then swish it over your teeth & gums/everywhere, brushing them with your finger (don't swallow the oil)

Ideally you need to do it 30 minutes daily, but start slowly from 5 mins, then 10, then 15, upto 30.

Do it for 3 months straight for pearly whites.

Note - don't spit it in your sink, it'll clog it, spit it in the open or the trash.

4- Lips


Full, pink lips are a sign of good health-

There's not much you can do to permanently increase your lip size, though you can temporarily increase them by brushing your lips with a dry toothbrush

You can however still ensure they're not dried out & a healthy shade of pink.

What you need to do-

Take your liquified coconut oil again around 1 teaspoon in a cup, now add 1-2 teaspoon sugar to it.

Apply it over your lips, massaging them for around 5 minutes.

Sugar being a natural exfoliator would remove the dead skin from your lips + massaging them would increase blood flow, thereby making them more fuller & pinker/reddish.

5- Lower Third

What you can do-


1- Just lose weight.

Tbh Losing weight should be your 1st priority before doing everything else as it alone is responsible for 50% your looks, but here's some motivation -

Ideally you should aim to drop to around 12-15% bf (below that is too unhealthy & unstable to maintain)

Try to achive the 1st step (12-15 bf) & in the meanwhile, also do-

A research conducted on oldcels showed that high speed jaw opening & closing movement for 4 weeks straight resulted in a raised hyoid bone-

This will esp work exceptionally for you as a youngcel & you can see pretty significant results.

What you need to do-

Open your jaw as low as you can & then close it, doing all of this extremely fast
.

Do it 20 reps × 3 sets, each set marked with a 10 sec break, twice daily (morning + evening)

Do it for 3 months daily for max results.

Don't overdo it if you feel pain, relax a day or two if you feel it's straining your jaw too much.

Vitamin D3+K2 is also going to be for increasing bone density, but I'll address it separately in a later section of this thread.
