i try to find information about specific things but my knowledge becomes limited to that. it feels like everyone here has the basics right. like for ex. i ate very little and puked to lose weight (borderline an ed) as a tween and i wish someone had told me that it's gonna destroy my skin, hair and dental health.

soo what do you read or watch? who do you follow? which platforms?

Tyy! can you give me an example so i can get started?
Sure.

First you can either go to any AI model or just directly to https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/, then look up something you'd want to research, for the current example i will use tazarotene.

You can either use PubMeds search to find what you're looking for or simply ask an AI to find you a PubMed study for what you personally want.

Now you read these, another thing to do is simply google or ask an AI which pathways the thing you're currently researching acts on.

Now after you can research on what the specific pathway does.

And the rest is pretty self-explanitory.

Many users here post "Guides" on this website too which...

I personally read studies, see which pathways a compound acts on and how it acts on them, if the compound has human trials I see how it affected them etc.

Many users here post "Guides" on this website too which pretty much summarises many studies, can be useful at times but youll want to try validate their claims too.

Can you mark my post as solution too, it is the check mark symbol on the right.
