cant u js ask ur doctor to get it prescribed?

i told him the benzoyl peroxide wasn't working and he told me to use azelaic acid instead

hm maybe just ask him straight up to try azelaic acid or tell him ur more concerned about reducing stuff like hyperpigmentation, redness, rosacea and inflammation which is what azelaic acid targets and pray he prescribes it to u

why do u want azelaic acid im pre sure benzoyl works better unless ur specifically targeting the previously mentioned stuff

I have both and been using azelaic acid on a pimple and its basically useless ive seen no improvement but ive used benzoyl in the past on emerging acne and it gets rid of it after applying for 2 nights ish

hyperpigmentation or PIE/PIH acne scars? azelaic acid mogs for acne scars but im pretty sure hidroquinone is better for hyperpigmentation

azelaic acid or hidroquinone? hidroquinone works better for hyperpigmentation and melasma and azelaic acid is better for mild melasma, acne scars and acne. hidroquinone acts faster as well but u can only use It to like 3 months max, azelaic acid is safer

also i think u can get 10% azelaic acid without a prescription, u can even get 15% or 20% in some countries, 10% kinda sucks tho
