Where would you move to?

I live in Wisconsin currently, I am lower class, Id say im able to afford most things, atleast at minimum go out of the country if I saved up enough money. Im thinking to move to Europe for college, specifically Netherlands or Ireland because their langauges are similar or the same because tuitons are cheaper, or to Asia because my family lives there. Where would you move to?

ive been to maine, the area by new hampshire on the coast from what I remember. It was beautiful and full of trees
