Serious Whey protein

Update I just took my first sip of this I thought it would have no flavour because I got the unflavored version but shit genuinely tastes like freez dried pea dust with salt in water 💔🔥💯 but atleast it doesn’t give me much of a headache

Genuinely shit is so processed I can’t have it with milk at all , with water it’s a little ber but still gives me nausea
you could try just whey isolate, it’s a little more expensive but less processed

i’m just really allergic, you could be too tbh

No ,is that unflavored whey ??
no, basically its whey that has a lot less lactose content and tastes a lot better. It tastes exactly like juice. I'd recommed myprotein's orange-mango flavour and the vimto flavour although there is also stuff like mojito and blue raspberry.

thank u goat, ill try this out

whey makes me violently ill
The whey you prob eating in the U.S is from cheddar cheese waste and not really from plain milk, meaning instead of just dehydrating milk and ceramic filtering, they use an less natural process like heating and bleaching the final product, while keeping the lactose at higher concentrations.

Lactose + Altered molecules like GMP (glyco-macro peptides (unrelated to injectable peptides)) meaning poor digestion and poor absorption. A reminder that GMPs are officially rated as potentially toxic for babies and kids and are removed in Europe to be sold as protein powders for adults because the industry don't waste anything
