i've always liked superhero and fantasy stuff, but I know ppl who only like practical movies, so I can understand.

Invincible is normie slop. It is fine, it had good moments but most of it was dragged out boring scenes about characters no one cared about. People overrate it due to it being popular. Same thing happened with AOT. The original comics were better. There was of course a few touched up details which were nice but the show took too long to get to important arcs. My biggest issue with the show is just how wasted it is, it is mostly filler.

The boys is just worthless. The comic was nonsense and the show is written by a Jew who hates whites.

invincible show added detail, but sometimes too much where it wasn't needed. (most of s2 tbh). do agree that the comics were better tho. the boys just feels like it's trying too hard to be edgy imo.

Season 2 was garbage. Why add bloat that has no purpose? I do not care about side characters who are DEI plugins like Amber or William. Why could they not focus on the guy who made the cybermanimals? He would have made an interesting one off character who would have become something more interesting considering that he works with Cecil.

The only good detail addons was Donald's cybernetic reveal arc and the tiny extra line for Conquest and even that was a little much. Less is more.

amber was so stupid and annoying in the show, comics amber was much better. William, eh, idrc about him. but DA Sinclair could've been a more important villain in s2, which seemed only to serve as useless world building.

I hate William. I just skipped over him every time I saw him. I also hated Mark the most. I was happy when Con arrived to push his shit in. Never have I hated a main character more. Honestly he should have been the setting character who pushes the story forward, not the main one. Cecil and Nolan are better.
 
The boys is better buy a considerable margin

n**** conquest got his shi rocked 😭. I wonder what an invincible with Cecil would've looked like, but seeing as it's mainly about how mark and co. 'defeat' the viltrumites, (so to speak), that view wouldn't have been plot-useful tbh. however, I've always wanted a spin-off with Nolan, like a prequel or smt.
