Istg this is just a surface level tip but yall but I will genuinely swear on coconut oil pulling like first thing in the morning 20mins + also helps with facial muscle training. I have barely spent a dime on real brand mouthwash, boil some cloves for like whoever long and genuinely ts will whiten ur teeth first try at least a little guys it feels like ur a doll that just got manufactured from a toy store ur so disinfected. My mom has a certificate in like nutrition and aryuvedic health treatments and I have every book I my possession and theyre filled with sort of indirect appearance improvement guys
