Thats why i said uncertainty, it's not fully fake you can make genuine friends but it's the trust that will be the hardest part.
I digress from talking to anyone outside of this forum on other platforms as of recent, i've only ever talked to two people off it social media wise.
1 active, 1 inactive.

No I understand, at the end of the day you can only really infer so much about someone from words on a screen. We of course don’t really know much about each other outside of having a laugh on this forum but I do enjoy your presence here, I would miss you if you left.

Some users can definitely be trusted more than others, I’m definitely no saint in this regard but I do back up the ones who I do like. In truth there’s only one person who I’m truly loyal to (they know who they are) in this forum but it definitely can be found, but yeah you do have to be really careful who you associate in this forum outside of it.

I relate to this because I was naive and actually considered people to be my friend but realized that literally none of them viewed me in the same way. Like others mentioned it’s a big trust factor, and not everyone is willing to get vulnerable. I’d like to think I made friends from here though
