I've been so burnt out for months what else should I do other than ldar???? going out with friends today was so rare and even then my fragile foid self somehow got injured

I feel like I've lost my will to do anything at this point. I haven't been to church in weeks, I got a job because I had to, I have to take shit from the dude who used to stalk me STILL, man the list just goes on

I need to go back to church. It always gets better after I go.
