I am thinking of travelling and becoming an adventurer to cope with being a old mid twenties boomer who wasted his life rotting in front of a computer and spent most weekends alone in his bedroom.

brutal, any tips on how to not end up like you?
Ask a female out. Don't care about rejection (I've never asked a female out despite being in my mid twenties).

Try to maintain your childhood friends (old bonds are strong).

In every endeavor try to do your best (even simple things like brushing your teeth or making your bed).

Choose a hobbie and stick to it. I tried so many hobbies (music, art, choir inging, coding etc) but I quit all of it. In the end, I've concluded that it never mattered what I did, only that I should have stuck with it, mastered it and then networked with others who shared my developed passion. I never developed any worthwhile skills in anything so I never networked with similar minds.

Stop post on psl looksmax forums (its a waste of time).

Go to university and live in a dormitory to socialize (do not commute).
