He was an active mod on the .com discord server that's why he got advocated, and from what i saw he does a great job as a mod (things that the users can't see)

don’t want anyone to get offended but ofc u can be mods, only tonydr has the concept of someone being “potential mod”. 80% of team asked to be mod or was randomly chosen in a poll of 10ppl when there wasn’t anyone modding. any active user knows how to click some buttons and read the rules. u can just ask an admin or some admins to vouch for u for dean and u have realistic chances (like every mod did)
