Lol, rip to your toilet bowl - had the same problem, fasted for 5 days and then I ate Korean fried chicken, a large pizza and a bunch of sushi in one sitting. Would not recommend.

Be careful. Start with something light, like soup. I know most people prefer broth but I think that’s a weird word so I avoid even consuming it.
