Hey can anyone tell me the main facial exercises i can do other than diet and sleeping on my back, like there are many exercises such as tongue chewing ,mewing,zygo pulling or pushing. There are so many of them but can anyone tell me the exact exercises should i do and how many sets and reps please.
 
Each body is different. Perfect routine for sets and reps depends solely on yourself.

If I'm doing push ups or any other exercise, which I rarely do, I'll do two routines a week. For example, on Monday I might do 20 sets of 10 slowly throughout the whole day. Then on Friday I will do 200 pushups within a short time frame, lake maybe within an hour.

Your body knows what's best.

Ok but leave the sets and reps, now can you please what are the exercises i need to get more prominent cheekbones and to debloat face
