Megan Fox was easily a Stacy in her prime. She doesn't have the most insane PSL but her appeal inflates her rating up a lot. Everyone else in the pic is easily stacylite/htb though. Many of these women also have ultra masculine features which lowers their appeal towards men, but they are still easily within htb-stacylite range

Yeah, I will say though that these are still fairly close and subjective preference can come into play. I think Megan Fox is objectively the most attractive on the list. I think Arosio has the best eye area out of all of them though, and its not even close. Her face is very robust which gives her higher psl but lower appeal. I personally find the dirty blonde in the bottom left corner the most attractive, but I still think Megan Fox is the most objectively attractive person in your list
