ok ik it seems like a rlly dumb question and it would make sense to trust ur watch more and thats what ive been doing but even then like my watch wasnt that much different than what the machine was showing maybe like 10 or 30 less/more calories burned but now when i worked out at the gym it was a hugee difference like the machine was showing almost 400 calories burned and my watch was showing not even 200. To me that was a bit weird bc i was sweating like crazy since i was doing cardio. I received this fitbit around 4 years ago as a gift so ive had it for some time. In your guys experience is this a sign the watch is wearing out or are the gym machines not accurate. Which one do i trust more?

Because gym machines are set to a certain weight. Watches are closer to the truth but also inaccurate
