why am i bloated on no carbs

magnesium is absorbed just fine from plant sources bud, absorption depends on overall diet quality rather than food group

oxidative stress occurs from simple things like exercise and uv exposure, you still need to consume antioxidants😅

conclusion - other than antioxidants, you COULD consume all these nutrients with raw organs and shit if you wanted to but that would be insane amounts of these organ meats. like for example what i stated before, 300g+ of raw liver a day to reach the rda of vitamin C.

- babies cry for raw meat 300g sounds about right however you dont need as much vitamin c on a carnivore diet, your body needs less vitamin C because you're not consuming carbs, which compete with vitamin C for absorption. plus organ meats contains vitamin C in highly bioavailable form, which your body can use more efficiently.
