u need carbs for optimal health and performanceu need carbs for optimal health and performance
unless you were to use supplements on a carnivorous diet, yes you’d be deficient
raw liver has some vitamin c, 27mg per 100g
that’s way below the rda which is up to 90mg
i don’t think a normal sane person would consume upwards of 300g of raw liver a day
they occur in protein and fats like i stated but again carbs just dominate, they offer much more potassium per calorie/gram
yes, not having fiber puts u at risk of colon cancer and other diseases.. you can be okay with short-term, but long-term the risks will rise
magnesium is absorbed just fine from plant sources bud, absorption depends on overall diet quality rather than food group
again fats and protein have magnesium but much less of it than for example, spinach per calories and grams
oxidative stress occurs from simple things like exercise and uv exposure, you still need to consume antioxidants
conclusion - other than antioxidants, you COULD consume all these nutrients with raw organs and shit if you wanted to but that would be insane amounts of these organ meats. like for example what i stated before, 300g+ of raw liver a day to reach the rda of vitamin C.
- so now youre changing your answer lol, you conceded your point

- i wonder what you would be deficient in

- babies cry for raw meat 300g sounds about right however you dont need as much vitamin c on a carnivore diet, your body needs less vitamin C because you're not consuming carbs, which compete with vitamin C for absorption. plus organ meats contains vitamin C in highly bioavailable form, which your body can use more efficiently.

- this argument is genuinely stupid, good job you found a 1 vitamin (c) and 2 minerals (magnesium, potasium) that are found more in other foods while EVERY thing else is found in higher quantities in animal food. and the funny part is that you will barley absorb ANY fucking magnesium from vegetables.

- bud everyone knows spinach is a good source of magnesium right? to get the daily RDI for magnesium you need 1,600 grams (about 3.5 pounds) of raw spinach to get close to the RDI. do you even know how much 1600 grams of raw spinach is. you can not absorb magnesium from vegetables learn something new
im not even gonna read the rest. you are made from meat, fat and organs, when you eat raw meat, fat and organs you are eating yourself and all the nutrients your body needs is in your body
