Do you consume a lit of sodium disproportionately to other ratios?
Stress plays a part
In general, no carbs is not an optimal diet, and it isn't ideal for the human body. You might just be retaining more water as well

probably soduum

this shit is a fad i was never bloated b4 in the summer. @N30N @Whitepill
because! bloating isn't just about carbs, you need a proper balance of nutrients. no carbs can actually bloat you more. Reasons:
  • You're low on fiber
  • You're eating a lot of cruciferous veggies
  • Your gut is adjusting
  • You're not balancing electrolytes

what would you consider cruciferous veggies?

here may be some reasons
too much sodium, not drinking enough water, lacking lean mass, bad sleep, stress, poor diet, you store more fat in your face as opposed to other areas (could be genetic), or you’re just fat

also stop not eating carbs, u need carbs
they’re good for u pls stop the carb misinformation

you objectively dont need carbs
u need carbs
if u were to genuinely eat only fat and protein u would be deficient in vital micronutrients.
vitamin c is absent in fats and protein
potassium dominates in carbs, fat and protein don’t carry much potassium
fiber is important for ur digestive health and gut microbiome
magnesium are most abundant in carbs
antioxidants are absent in proteins and fats
you can eat less carbs if you’d like but to say you don’t ‘need’ carbs is complete bullshit. you need to eat carbs, they are 100% good for you. if you truly care about health no one would go carb-free.

there’s more micros that dominate in carbs as well i just didn’t include them

really... then why have humans always eaten some form of carbohydrates?
why did humans evolve to rely on agriculture, surviving on it for so many years? even cavemen ate carbs, fruits, nuts, seeds. humans are omnivores, so much scientific research has been conducted on this and you are still stuck on your meat only shit

potassium dominates in carbs, fat and protein don’t carry much potassium

spend 5 minutes mentally distancing yourself from that gym cel info that u got off of gymcel jeff nipple and gym tiktoks then open your mind up to a natural human diet. im not talking about carnivore or whatever u wanna call it.

im just talking about the natural human diet. simple

give me a long term peer reviewed study showing a all meat diet relates to better health outcomes, so what if you can meet bare minumum nutrients by spending a shit ton on meat in massive variety, to affort the amount of meat you would need to meat micro nutrients you would need a wide variety of stuff, you can get the same nutrients with vegetables, without spending a shit ton, there is literally no actual evidence that meat only diet is beneficial in any way, give me ONE PEER reviewed LONG TERM study, there are none. humans evolved to have a wide variety of foods in their diets for a REASON!

natural human diet consists of meat, nuts, fruits, honey, raw veggies scavaged through hunting and gathering, even cavemen did not eat only meat, our teeth shows what our natural diet is supposed to be

I hope you dont have kids they are gonna cry when you dont give them raw liver and brain smh

during famine they ate lesser foods, those were for the peasants like you while the king indulged in baby blood

In theory, you can probably survive off of any type of diet if you eat the right items to get the right nutrition, and in most cases you can supplement if you're extremely low in something particular.

But in many cases having a diverse pallet in general is just overall better for you. I feel like eating raw meat all the time would cause your stomach to be upset, or no?

We've been cooking meat for a very long time. It's probably a big factor in our survival. I understand having a heavy meat diet, I just don't understand the carnivore diet and the raw diet in particular.

unless you were to use supplements on a carnivorous diet, yes you’d be deficient
vitamin c is absent in fats and protein

raw liver has some vitamin c, 27mg per 100g
that’s way below the rda which is up to 90mg
i don’t think a normal sane person would consume upwards of 300g of raw liver a day
potassium dominates in carbs, fat and protein don’t carry much potassium
- no, heart, kidney, fish
they occur in protein and fats like i stated but again carbs just dominate, they offer much more potassium per calorie/gram
fiber is important for ur digestive health and gut microbiome
- no
yes, not having fiber puts u at risk of colon cancer and other diseases.. you can be okay with short-term, but long-term the risks will rise
magnesium are most abundant in carbs
- lol if you think youre gonna abosb the magnesium in carbs, sea food, heart, bone marrow
magnesium is absorbed just fine from plant sources bud, absorption depends on overall diet quality rather than food group
again fats and protein have magnesium but much less of it than for example, spinach per calories and grams
antioxidants are absent in proteins and fats
- Low Oxidative Stress Diet = Less Need for Antioxidants
oxidative stress occurs from simple things like exercise and uv exposure, you still need to consume antioxidants😅

conclusion - other than antioxidants, you COULD consume all these nutrients with raw organs and shit if you wanted to but that would be insane amounts of these organ meats. like for example what i stated before, 300g+ of raw liver a day to reach the rda of vitamin C.

to fullfill ur micronutrients with just meat is possible, but you would need alot of money, and youd probably be eating excess calories

I always assumed the high fat content of meat would be disturbing to the stomach if eaten in high amounts, which is essentially a requirement for the carnivore diet in particular. I'm not saying either way how accurate that is, (I'm too lazy to fact check on mobile.) But that's what I assumed.
