Try to avoid phones and computers 2 hours before sleep to not disregulate your sleep phase, get a less luminous bedroom and read a book or listen to calm music only using the mp3 app. And then try to set your timer at 7am or even 6am to see if you have a change of energyNaturally

I try to keep 6 hours of sleep plus a nap in the afternoon unless i have shit to do
But our bedroom is low luminosity and we don't have distractions in it like a tv you know.
