Why are so many balkansmen so stupid?

Balkansmen had season switches that were not as strong as other Euro countries For example Sweden, Norway had intense switches with Summer and Winter.

Stronger seasonal switches = More cognitive demand to survive (Higher IQ)

Natural selection favoured them to have not that much IQ because there were not significant seasonal switches in Balkans than other parts of Europe
