Why did nobody tell me that 0 sugar stuff makes u fat?

Nah but like imagine you’re drinking it cause you’re hungry and don’t want to add calories. Then you’re hungrier.

Alors attention à National Geographic et leur titres/articles putaclic.
Les seules études qui blament les édulcorants sont :
- La stévia, risque de probleme cardiaque
- L'erythritol, risque de probleme cardiaque
- Le sucralose : alteration de microbiote intestinal et donc peut déclencher TRES PROBABLEMENT cancers, et la faim (parce que l'intestin produit des hormones dite rassasiantes)

Les 2 seuls édulcorants qui semblent être safe c'est l'aspartame (détruit dans l'estomac donc zero incidence sur le microbiote intestinale, qui peut déclencher la faim) et l'acéfulmate de potassium mais pas plus d'études scientifiques intéressantes.

Essaye de privilégier l'aspartame à raison de 1 ou 2 cannettes par repas par jour max, et essaye de manger fibres, proteines et produits fermentés pour repeupler le microbiote et calmer la faim.
