i’ve forgotten what hunger feels like and it feels extremely freeing, the happiest and most peaceful ive ever felt tbh. you’ll love it. side effects are that you can’t eat shit foods often or you’ll get horrible sulfur burps that never end, so no more fast food or ultra processed junk. (well… you can, just not much and not often) the closest thing i’ve felt to hunger is just rib pain from being in a deficit so long, but it goes away. i think the thing i hate most is injection day, it lowkey hurts cause it’s cold from being in the fridge.
