personally my nose is huge, shaped weirdly and throws my entire face off with no other conventionally attractive features to make up for it, rhino is a priority

Otherwise u need a top surgeon to make your nose look really good
Noses are very important especially for women

Lefort 1 won’t fix a bulbous and generally undefined nose
It might appear smaller after a trimax/bsso but it won’t fix the actual shape which is arguable more important than the size unless it’s huge
