Why do celebrities always date other celebrities?

I mean I'm not really knowledgeable when it comes to celebrities, Idgaf about them, but I've noticed they only date other celebrities.
Lana del Rey and that crocodile guy are the only ones comeing to mind because she was criticized for it.

Why do you think this is the norm?

Like I don't get why. They already are rich, so why does their partner have to be as well?
