Why do different cameras change the features?

I don t see how that would help...maybe with colours and stuff like this, but I can't change the quality itself or the washed out look of my camera
 
also most iphones have settings like this just search camera in settings

Editing and ai upscaling is your best bet

But a more recent phone will always be better, or maybe a cheap dedicated camera. Many of my female classmates have those tiny digital cameras I don't think they are rather pricey

Lense distortion

To avoid it take a photo from far then zoom in slightly

Or use back camera and zoom slightly
