yeah ik fucking awful. Im gonna take emp (idk how to spell full name of compound) to hopefully help combat bloat since it's cheap and easy. Will just have to drink a fuck ton of water

i think people underestimate how much social conditioning influences behaviour and instead they blame it on biology😊
