why do i get sunburned

i dont think im that light, plus i dint as a child only in covid i stopped going outside basically
then i guess i started getting sunburned

and its very easily like 1-2 hours in the sun even with sunscreen and 20-30 mins without sunscreen

i feel like its unavoidable, i had to quit PE because of it

No this has been happening since i was in 9th grade ig a bit after since i started wearing sunscreen

im a white australian, skin cancer capital of the world, and i still dont get burnt when wearing 50 spf so idk how your gettin burnt

bro i only sunburn when i don’t put sunscreen on but once when i went skiing i got sunburned ik that sounds crazy and it is but idek how it happened like omg

I used get sunburned alot when i ate alot of goy slop now i sun bathe for like 3 hours and its fine its been like a year since i last consumed any oils

ure quite tan so u shouldnt be burning, ive read some stuff that diets with seed oils can increase ur risk of getting sunburned because seed oils are high in PUFAs, im not sure If its a fact tho

but im not that light i mean i dont think its normal im not the lightest person
Anyone can get sunburned tbh it's just less noticeable on darker skin.

its pretty bad rn but

even before i had a good diet i think
i dint have any sugar at all
even like bread

i mean i dint have anything processed only fruits meat eggs honey A2 milk butter i had
some stuff like carrots corns chickpeas curd and cheese, no flour or grains
i did drink tea at night usually chamomile for sleep

i think i still got sunburnt
