i think growing ur massaters would help a lot
also ur alar base is a bit wide + bulbous tip so its almost like the lower part of yr face is rounded

i did ask about my lower jaw and she said she thinks my jaw will naturally expand enough with the guidance of the aligners and puberty but ill still ask next check up
