Why do I never get full

I always eat till I'm full, but after maybe 30 minutes after dinner I get hungry again. I always crave meat, berries and dark chocolate. Idk why. Is it because my dinner lack protein or smth? When I eat beef for dinner I still get the cravings and hunger after I've eaten

Try liver, heart and have some fruit juice with it. Such a meal can leave me satiated with solely water for a whole day or two.
just take a glp1 or stimulants theory

just chug straight oil and eat like a tbsp of pink salt trust trust
