why do non resident indians not clean themselves and smell horrible?

Also i have watched a video of an indian women eating liquid daal chawal on a metro with her hands in some western coyntry, i wont find anyone in the delhi metro doing that

when i was a kid i was travelling on the delhi metro with my mom and there was this college rich looking couple flirting with each other and there mouth was very close to one another
i was a very dumb kid back then and i kept staring at them
