why do people find nct unnattractive?

i never found negative canthal tilt to be all that unattractive, i guess only if its combined with other unattractive features it can drag the face down.
i dont understand why people find it unnattractive? is it an indicator of health? good hair and skin quality is attractive to us because it shows that that person is good to reproduce with, but what about negative canthal tilt? anne hathaway has it, some other good looking celebrities too, i dont understand.

5. bad facial fat distribution. fat pads under the eye can cause a more lifted appearance, a lack of it is both bad under eye support and slightly worse canthal tilt
all of these are unattractive things

upturned almond shaped eyes are considered good for harmony. also it is more youthful. babies and younger people naturally have higher canthal tilt, so there is that link (+ lack of saginess, good bones, muscle and cartilage).
in nature, you will also see that many animals have pct, especially predatory. so there is some kind of evolutionary advantage for pct.

Yes because when you see someone with NCT, usually their other eye area features are atrocious.
