Serious why do people on this forum say that bonesmashing doesnt work?

sure ive had a few complications in the past but after a while the bone just stayed permanent so it worked for me i braced my head most of my time bonesmashing and didnt hit that hard while using my fists some of these threads are scaring me like what if i have brain damage and never realized? what do yall think though
