Why do people say the average is ltn and not mtn?

I dont get why low the average, can someone explain why? maybe map sub 5 to chad on a standard deviation graph

instead of everything going up, make it so that the percentage of people who are outside of mtn whether if its below or above becomes smaller.

majority of people don't care about their looks which leaves them below the baseline of a 5 which would make them lmtn.

most of the people are lltn-hltn. they lack health indicators and are recessed due to a poor lifestyle/habits/food because of the consumerism culture. go outside and you will see how rare an mtn actually is. mtn face is about 1 in 7, only about 15% of people are mtn

Avrage is in the middle of LTN and MTN so when you are Hltn you are slightly below average and if you are Lmtn you slightly above average
