Why do people think mouthbreathing affects bone structure?

Cuz bones and muscles are growing on ur habits, why do you think braces or pallet expander work? They literally move the midface with constant pressure genetically we all have good developed faces (also explaines why baby’s notice pretty people) mouth breathing is literally making the airwaves open for the mouth and can affect our daily habits
