I mean mewing is our natural tounge posture and when you never or barly did it growing up ur tounge becomes weak
mewing is not natural.
and even if it was natural, then still, why should i do this? using internet is not natural either but i still use it

higher and forward maxilla looks bad (shorter and ape-like protruding)
Mewing at a young age ensures that there is no recession; however, the way your bones turn out is purely genetic unless there is orthodontic intervention.

You will still look good w less to no recession, when you’re not recessed ur face will also develop like a model

being recessed or not is determined by genetics rather than mewing
The base craniofacial pattern determines your potential, but correct posture enables you to reach the limits of what your genetics allow.

cheekbones and midface shouldn't be recessed too but i meant some particular areas should be recessed (mouth)
Tbh, nothing should be recessed; everything is fine as long as you have a structure where features don't protrude.
