women and men have all 3 of these hormones,

Women: higher estrogen and progesterone, lower testosterone
Men: higher testosterone, lower estrogen and progesterone

Estrogen gives women hips and boobs and manage ovulation, menstruation, and pregnancy
Testosterone drives sperm production and develops male traits
