Better for someone to tell you you’re cooked and how to improve than give you a false sense of reality.

ik how much a rating can affect someone, but if it isn’t helping them in any way is that truly kindness? Deep down they’ll know they’re not what people here say they are

that is fair, but blatantly telling someone to rope because they’re ugly isn’t the vibe either. I think it’s morally right to tell the truth, but you should be able to phrase it in a way that isn’t horrible.

When all you know is a user's personality you can't help but create a physical image of them in your mind's eye. Your brain does it for you. If the user happens to be of the opposite sex then your mind will naturally put together a more detailed representation of them from whatever feeling they give you.

I agree with this take, but me talking about kindness doesn’t mean that I will straight up lie to people. If someone doesn’t look like a chad, I will obviously tell them- I just focus more on the areas of improvement and phrasing it in a way that would be helpful instead of just telling them they’re ugly. I may be interpreting the original message wrong if it came across this way

There are fewer people here to compare others to, looks levels are shaped by your environment. If the average looks in your surroundings are high, the bar is set higher too. Fewer people here means a lower bar. Also less looks autism and less model worship here.
