Serious Why does dean keep rejecting my alts

I just use cell service, set to airplane mode for a minute to reset ip, and use incognito mode, never fails

I keep getting the same ips all the time on mobile. Ig it's because cells work differently around my slums

I live in a small shithole, it's just me and 200 others who have smartphones and we connect to the same tower
