Why does everyone think they are a fitness coach?

I’ve seen 3 ppl I know irl make “coaching” pages on instagram.

The only credentials they have is being an EOS coach and we know those ppl just be saying shit.

exercise isn't that complex. you can just watch a couple of (well-made) videos and that'll be good enough to teach the newbies

I mean it isn't that hard to differentiate what acc works from bullshit exercises

To me it just seems like a money grab for them tho. And I don’t think it is that right to do.

Yeah Im planning on coaching next summer at my gym so I can land some ez money.

Being a real certified coach requires knowledge and years of experience
