why does it actually physically hurt to speak english for me

complete relate its why i sometimes switch up accents subconsciously bc im trying to give my vocal cords a break
yea people sometimes say that I force my accent too hard but it literally takes effort for me to even pronounce these words let alone put on an accent on purpose

"ur forcing ur accent too hard" duh fucking doy im forcing it hard im literally raping my vocal cords to comply, tbh when i loosen up im usually mistaken to be australian
