Discussion Why don't people with narrow palate fraud a wider smile?

I do have a narrow palate as you can see yet I can fraud a bit wider smile with no issue. even tho it is still narrow, at least it is a tiny improvement

Don't come for my teeth...got terrible genetics in that area. Shoul have worn braces as a kid but my parents said no so shit happened

Here is the deal... I have a 38.5mm inter molar width, you can have 10/10 smile with dark triangles and not gigachad wide lips

Ela is low-IQ for thinking palate determines if smile is nice
