Guide Why everyone should do this squat (many benefits)

The squat everyone should be doing is the zercher squat. Here is a quick video:


The reason why everyone, including women who wouldn't normally want to lift, is because it improves your posture and frees your ribcage. Bad posture is the cause of many facial problems, like saggier skin, weaker bones and less prominent bones, bluer undereyes, worse breathing and recession.
A restricted ribcage leads to constricted chest breathing, which means your diaphragam is not engaged in breathing. This in turn means a permament excess load on the nervous system, increased cortisol and worse sleep.

If you are worried you will get big muscles as a woman by doing them, they will not make your back or arms huge, but your life will be improve noticably. For men it is a great strength and size builder.

Side note : if you have access to heavy sandbangs i recommend to do zercher and front squats alongside walks with it.
It will developp core strength.

It was issued during my wrestling specialization during training camps and now issued for firefighting training (moving bodies in space)
