The original statement suffers from reductionism. In reality, hard work is more effective and sustainable when it stems from intrinsic desire. When an individual meaning in their work, the objective difficulty of the task transforms into phenomenological effortlessness (the flow state), making intrinsically motivated work (working out of genuine desire), far superior to working out of sheer force and forced labor.

I agree but sometimes, when you have no choice; you have to do it out of sheer force and will.

Its a technical way to train your cortex ( which is the organ in your brain to do hard things and will power comes from the cortex) most peoples cortex aren't trained enough so it results in them being lazy and rotcels even though I never listen or watched Hamza his kinda right about that

If you want to be successful you have to define it yourself. Then you have to find the kind of work you actually enjoy doing so you can be successful without it feeling like a chore.

True but sometimes there could be situations where you are forced to do this which can result usefull if trained and can help do task done effortless without increasing your cortisol for not wanting to do it
