bro this is just cope. carthage was a major mediterranean civilization with advanced trade, engineering, and military strategy, not ‘low iq pirates,’ and most of those claims come from biased roman sources trying to smear their main rival and acting like north africans were separate or inferior makes no sense when rome literally had a libyan-born emperor septimius severus..

if they were a major med civilization then they won't be destroyed. In fact they were not even a civilization, they were savages and barbarians who ate their own poop (they are literally called berbers that came from the word barbarians)

civilizations get wiped all the time, even rome fell, that doesn’t make them ‘not a civilization.’ carthage had structured government, huge trade networks, etc, which fits any real definition of a civilization + the ‘they ate their own poop’ claim has no credible historical evidence behind it at all, it doesn’t appear in serious scholarship and reads, its just slander rather than fact nd ‘barbarian’ was js a label greeks and romans used for outsiders, not proof of anything.

rome was not wiped, western civilization (that is basically roman one) still stands. civilization just means a huge culture with an order. carthage had chaos, so it's not a civilization (they ate their own shit and killed babies, didn't invent anything etc.)
